Product: NOTEBOOK 14CK0521SA

Hi had option to do windows updates which i did then give me an option to do a bios update so i started to do then everything went blank. I left it in to a computer repair shop and they tell me that motherboard has died. Can i hold HP accountable for this.

Hi,

I would try taking it to the nearest HP service center and see if they can recover the BIOS
