Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)

Hello, my computer had 8GB RAM (Samsung M471A1G44AB0-CWE). So I decided to make an upgrade. I bought 16GB RAM (Samsung M471A2K43EB1-CWE). I installed 16GB RAM, I got a black screen. Then I installed 16GB RAM with 8GB RAM, this time my computer did not recognize the 16GB RAM. So BIOS showed the Memory as 8GB.  I can see the 16GB RAM in the CPU-Z app. I tried all slots, so all slots are working. How can I solve this problem?
