-updated all drivers

-before I had nvddmkm.sys that got resolved with driver 452.06

-I got this while watching youtube/pinterest

-during gameplay I havent got bsod

If anyone has ever encountered this pls help

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a bluescreen error.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Intel: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105556.exe

my bios and drivers are all updated,I get the blue screen when I m using my browser(I tried explorer firefox and chrome)

I can play games with no issues
