Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP-Experts,

my HP notebook came orginally with windows 7. I recently upgraded it to Windows 10 home (64 bit), and now I have problems with my bluetooth adapter - even although I installed the latest driver version.

 

Operating System                Microsoft Windows 10 Home  (64 bit)

Version                                   10.0.19042 Build 19042        

Bluetooth adapter:               Qualcomm Atheros AR3011 Bluetooth 3.0 Adapter

Installed driver:                     10.0.3.19  (24.01.2019)

Error details:                           Das Gerät "USB\VID_03F0&PID_311D\5&ac1cb8d&0&5" erfordert weitere Installationen.

                                                   Port_#0005.Hub_#0008
                                                   Dieses Gerät wurde angehalten, weil es Fehler gemeldet hat. (Code 43)
