Hi, Can anyone please offer any help ?
My ENVY 17 Notebook is not receiving photo's from my mobile via bluetooth despite the message saying paired & connected.
I'm using windows 8.1

Here are the ansers to your questions :
Does your notebook detect your phone? - Yes
Which phone do you have? - I use two, one is a Samsung Galaxy 6 and the other is a Huawei 10 plus
Are you using HP Orbit feature? - Sorry not sure what this...
What is the product number? - Is it the 20 digit number starting with 02258 ? The laptop is a 17" Envy with beats audio
Have you tried connecting different devices to your notebook using Bluetooth? - Yes and they all connect
