HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw2011nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I've just bought an HP Spectre x360 with 16GB Ram.

I've installed Windows 10 64-bit English and after some minutes of normal use I've got a bluescreen. After restart and check/update all drivers with the "HP Support Assistant" software I've used it for another hour more or less then got another bluescreen.

So I used the build-in "Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool" (mdsched.exe) and it says Hardware problems were detected. So I run the "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI" by pressing F2 as computer power-on, all test succeed and it finds no errors. Finally, I've downloaded "PassMark MemTest86" ver. 9.0 and run it from an USB stick; it founds errors too.

So now I've "Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool" and "PassMark MemTest86" found memory errors, "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics" doesn't. What should I do?
