Ive had this system for almost a year and handled the system with care without any history of dropping or even bumping. Its frustrating to buy a top of the line model that breaks down due to inferior build. I shold have bought the Dell XPS!

I use this system for work and live in Asia. Having this repaired in the US when I'm on business will be such a trouble to setup.

Thank you for the response Asmita. Will wait for the HP contact you mentioned and hopefully be able to fix this unit. It's just frustrating that it breaks the way it did for an Ultrabook of this price point.
