Product: Envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a brand new Envy 360 last week and it will not charge. It has slowly drained down to 1

14% and will not charge passed this number. This is the first HP product that I’ve owned. Is this typical?

Many Envy 360 batteries were recalled. Mine took out my hard drive  while burning my blue  jeans. Trying to find out how to apply but without my system booting up, I cant apply. Catch 22. Good luck! Wear ratty Jean's only!
