Microsoft Windows 11

Just bought a brand new HP Envy Laptop. It says the battery needs to calibrate. I tried all the methods to calibrate that is on the HP site. I've spent the past five hours trying to contact HP customer service. I used the contact us and got a link to use WhatsApp, it connected me to customer service in India and they thought I was in India too. When they found out I was from the US, they couldn't help me. I tried to go back to contact us, and it gives only local service center as an option which is more than 3 hours away. I can't get a phone number, chat number, anything to a person. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be sending formal complaints to the better business bureau. It is ridiculous that I paid $$$ for a new computer and I can't get any customer service help at all.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Cheers.
