Brand new laptop but 9 months warranty

HP 250 G6 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Registered a brand new laptop on 29 Dec and it comes up with 9 months warranty remaining. Company that sold it says that the final testing often starts the warranty period so I need to contact HP with the invoice to get the warranty period reaset. Trouble is when I log in and try the the contact HP route, My Device shows up on the dashboard but I can't select it to progress the contact us route - if I right click it is just an image and clicking it does not do anything. How do I get an email address to contact so that I can attach the invoice showing my date of purchase? I am in the UK.

Hi:

 

For some reason, HP starts the warranty clock ticking when the device leaves the factory.

 

You can dispute the warranty by following the instructions at the link below.

If for some reason that doesn't work, you will have to contact HP in the country you live in and speak to a customer services rep.

Thanks but I have been going round in circles for some time with the warranty check etc.

 

I get the following message

We were able to retrieve the warranty status but not all the product information tied with the serial number.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
 
There is nowhere to go from there and when I go through the search for support options again I get

HP maintains no official presence on this forum, except to monitor the forum rules of participation.

You want the business support number, since the 250 G6 is an entry level business-class notebook.
