Hi@ricardogm2000,

I understand that you have an HP Pavilion TS 15 notebook. Notebook and the brightness control keys i.e. f2 and f3 keys are not working.

To assist you better, I would like to know the following information:

  • Did any software changes or updates happen on the laptop?
  • Did you try installing the wifi drivers from the HP website?

I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

  • Open the device manager.
  • Expand "Display adapters". Right-click on the display drivers and select uninstall.
  • Close the device manager. Restart the laptop.
  • While restarting, Windows will automatically reinstall the display drivers.

Try updating the BIOS and chipset driver on your PC and check if it helps.

1.Updating the BIOS  & Windows updated

You can try updating the drivers using HP support assistant.

Refer to this article to know more information about using HP support assistant.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
