Hi the brightness keys, f2 and f3 are not working. All the other keys, like volume are working. Anyone knows how to fix this?

I understand that  F2 and F3 are not working.

 

Please let us know when was it is working before.

Have you made any changes to the computer?

 

Please perform the keyboard component test and let us know.
