Product: Probook 6560b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi. I have a ProBook 6560b. While trying to remove the rear cover, the latch flipped off. I've tried plastic hooks/plastic screwdrivers to push the latch manually but it just clicks and the cover still remains fixed. I'd be grateful if someone can let me know of an alternative method for removal of the bottom cover (I need to upgrade the hard drive). thanks in advance.
