Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0001nx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am in the UK and my laptop's hinge is broken. Can HP help me in any way? I heard they can't because I bought the laptop from another country. I don't know what to do. Should I just buy a new laptop? even though my HP laptop has been used for only 1.5 years. It is very unfortunate that a well-known company's laptop is not able to be used after just 1.5 years, and on top of that, HP does not provide help even though it, as I know, can be fixed. It's just a hinge that needs to be replaced.
