The left hand hinge on my wife’s laptop is broken and has also damaged the keyboard in the area of the on/off switch.     It is HP Model 15-au063nr.      Switching on the laptop is a bit tricky because if the damage.     Once switched on it operates ok.      However it is likely to switch off if moved even a little.        I see from various treads that this is a known problem with HP Notebook Laptops.         It seems that HP have in the past taken responsibility and repaired the laptops despite being out of warranty.      My wife has looked after this laptop very well and it has never sustained a fall.         I am wondering how I can contact HP in relation to this problem.     Any help would be appreciated.
