My left hinge on my HP notebook is broken and I have to keep it in a certain position to keep the screen straight :(
I happened about a week or so after my warranty ran out and I could really do with it being repaired as soon as possible!
The notebook cost around £800 so I really dont want to have to pay much for it to be repaired if possible...
How do I go about this? I've seen a lot of people mentioning Jeff at HP who sounds very helpful... Anyone got any contact details?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
