I purchased this laptop online 11/23/17, it shipped 11/25/17, and I received it 11/30/17. I purchased a 3 year HP care pack 12/1/2017. For some reason, my warranty is showing expired as of October 2017. My teenager has to go fully virtual for school next month and I need him to be able to use the laptop. Last weekend, I started removing all of my files from the computer, but when I opened the cover on Sunday, the hinge made a snapping noise and is now loose and causing the touchscreen to separate from the cover. Please help!!
The_Fossette, the laptop is already registered to my account so when I choose that as the item I need support for, it right away tells me my warranty is expired and sends me to a virtual agent. When I request a live agent, it takes me through a loop of the same thing and never offers me a phone number or chat option with a live rep agent.
