Broken keyboard key cap

My "<" key cap just randomly popped off with ease after having this product for 1-2 months. I have barely even used this key much and the plastic piece that was supposed to be keeping the key intact was holding itself together by a thread and ended up snapping in half as soon as I picked it up.
