Broken/snapped back case at charge point

HP Envy 4 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, the plastic casing around my Notebook charge point connection is broken or has snapped partially and now not holiding the charger pin in place. Can the back case be replaced or repaired?

Thank you

Broken/snapped back case at charge point

Hi @Macstef001,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that plastic casing around your Notebook charge point connection is broken and hence not holding the charger pin in place.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit.

Hence, please contact HP Phone Support for further assistance at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp

You have a good day ahead.
