I had a hp victus which recently faced a serious built quality issue. one day while returning from my office I held my my laptop bag in front of me to access one of the pockets and while holding it i was accidentally gripping a corner of my laptop. I heard a small snap sound but didn't bother to check at first. When I reached home and checked, my laptop had major damage.
