Hello,
I have an HP x360 1030 G2 Laptop and my Keyboard doesn't work.
it started just like that, no physical damage/water damage occurred. Furthermore - I never opened the laptop.
On the HP Warranty Checker it says that I have the HP Bundeled warranty, does it cover such a scenario?
- Additional question - on the HP "Chat with an agent" it says that I have no warranty, ho can I be sure?
* Additionally, in case my warranty covers that, Can I fix my computer in a different country than where I bought it?

Warranty Check – Single or Multiple Devices
NOTE: Warranty date is updated after purchase and registration of the device.
If the device is not registered, or if there are other issues, submit a Warranty Dispute form.
NOTE 2: If the single-system-check fails to find your device, use the "multiple devices" method to
check single or multiple devices.
- If necessary, Select your Country on the main website page or at the bottom (click Flag)
- Scroll down > To the right of Check multiple warranties, Click Continue
- Enter the Serial Number and Country for one or more devices / systems to be checked
- Check the box to verify you are "Not a robot"
- Click Submit (at bottom of list entries)
- When the page opens, Click View Details

As i understood from your message, the info in the Chat is not always up-to-date hence the Warranty checker is more reliable?
- regarding my 2nd question, based on the warranty checker, can I fix this laptop in a lab in another country than where I bought it?

The Virtual Assistant may not have access to all the data for a particular subject. I don't know whether the issue could be characterized as 'out of date" but I think the reason makes little difference to the result in this case. I don't have any access to the code, after all.
My opinion
Generally, the only way a device can be sent to service outside the country of origin is if that same model is sold and serviced in the target country. For example, if you purchase a computer in the USA and you want to send it for service in the UK, then that same model must be sold in the UK.
Another example,
If you purchase your computer in the UK and you want it serviced in the USA - that same model of computer must be sold in the USA.
