HP no longer supports this system.

HP policy for products no longer supported

 

I found the service manual here:

There are likely other reources available - use your favorite search engine and appropriate search phrase.

For example, search for: HP Pavilion Ze5100 service manual

 

Always be careful of downloading anything you find on the Internet.
