I just updated my Windows to the newest version since it it taking most of my storage. I was wondering how can I expand the C drive?

I don't know what is your Stream Notebook 14". Most likely it only has 32GB or with a bit of luck 64GB of eMMC storage. You CAN'T expand C: but you can add 128GB or 256GB (your machine may not support 256GB) SD card to your machine and make it as secondary storage.
