I am having issues locating the CMOS battery. Recently, I performed some preventive maintenance on my laptop, but upon closer inspection of the components, I couldn't find anything resembling a CMOS battery. Does anyone have any idea?

No, like many modern machines, it does NOT have CMOS or RTC battery. It is normal (main) battery to maintain the clock
