So the other day I accidentally ripped out the fan with the with the metal strips that are on the motherboard and now I have no way to get a fan back on in my HP any other tips and tricks other than just wIring a usb to it or something because I don't have any there's no more pins on the motherboard so I don't know how unless unless I take it somewhere replace a pin but II do all my work and II don't know how to **** with it

Since you "accidentally" ripped out a fan in a laptop, I will suggest that you take it to a shop. 

 

I am not judging, I just think it is in your best interests.

 

Working on laptops does take a careful and sometimes delicate touch,
