 Ноутбук 15da0036ur. Заявленные в характеристиках TJ =105 °C. Не соответствует реальному, которые выдает система 65°C. Как можно исправить проблему?

Hi! Well, I repeat in English. CPU Intel N5000 in my laptop, according to the technical specifications, has a TJ of 105°C, but Windows gives a maximum one is just 65 °C. (Look at the screens in the previous question). How can I solve this problem? Model of laptop and serial number also in a top of question. Would like to response from an hp support. Thanks.
