Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is some kind of throttling problem . This is a notebook with AMD CPU which is have 2 cores , 3ghz in normal mode and 3.6ghz in turbo boost , and once I start some application like Game launcher , game itself or new Edge browser it throttles to 2.65ghz . I guess it depends on current , not heat or something. When I'm being on working table it works at 3.6ghz

Request you the following list

 

Step 1  Updating the BIOS  ( Make sure Power adaptor connected to notebook )

Step  2: Update the Windows 

Step  3: Update Drivers from HP Support Assistance
