Product: Example: envy a10 8700p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp envy A10 amd processor and it is working fine on battery and it is its CPU clock speed is okay but when I charge with my OEM charger the CPU clock speed downs to nearly half like it is throttled and I can't play any games or run my engineering programs on it while charging , so how to solve this problem ? And how to know if my charger is compitable with my notebook ,knowing that both notebook and charger of the same voltage and ampere , please give me a solution , i am afraid that my battery got any failure or even the CPU , thanks in advance..
