Okay. I was trying to help you because I am planning to buy that laptop, but before I've bought it. I've tried to search some issues about it and I came across this one. I hope that you could fix it without going to repair center! If you do, will you reply to me? Thanks.

Thank you i really appreciate your effort.
If i'll find a solution within next week i will tell you for sure, for now i strongly encourage you to AVOID this model. If i won't find any solution i'll bring it back, ask for a refund and buy a totally different brand.
You cannot sell broken notebooks shame on HP, this means zero quality control and is not acceptable as i paid almost 650 euro for this rubbish and the funny thing is that i bought this computer to do videoconferences during the lockdown and i'm still using my phone because my brand new 650 euro laptop doesn't have a working webcam ! no words

I had the same problem on a couple of HP ProBook 430 G7 laptops (and also some Acer laptops) and eventually found the solution on a Microsoft forum which was ridiculously simple.
Just rename this folder c:\Program Files\Realtek\RsProviders to RsProviders_
and the camera started working on all of my laptops.
