Your machine is an HP Notebook 15-ac020ne, its specs

         https://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c04778377

It already has  AMD Radeon R5 M330 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated).

General speaking, it is impossible to add nor replacing existing video card on a laptop/notebook except for few special models/products.

My short answer on your case is: No, you can't replace its video card. By the way, your machine is the top of the series, it has System board:

Intel Core i7-5500U processor and 2 GB of discrete graphics memory part # 815247-501

which has Windows 8.1 license (before you upgraded to Windows 10).

Regards.
