1.35 volt memory will run also at 1.5 volts but not vice versa. If your current memory is 1.35 volt you need 1.35 volt memory not 1.5 so the answer is no.

But what would happen to my PC if I replaced my RAM with a 1.5v RAM except from me voiding the warranty

Apparently the system supports either 1.5 or 1.35 volt memory. Only 1.35 will run in dual channel. If you put in a 1.5 volt it may have other compatibility issues but if so it just will not boot up and no harm will be done. If it boots up and runs it will cause the other module to run at 1.5 volts and downclock. Like putting one old belted tire on a car running modern radial tires. It will get you down the road but not the ideal setup. You think you would be speeding it up but perhaps the contrary.
