I was looking at the specs of this PC (HP Desktop Tower 251 -a244) because I wanted to see if it was upgradeable. I want to add a new graphics card into it. The motherboard (Camphor 2) says that it has integrated AMD Radeon R4 graphics, and I don't know if I can replace that or not. The only expansion slot in the motherboard is a One PCI Express half-length mini card socket, and I don't know if that can hold a graphics card. Please let me know as soon as possible.

You are correct in reporting that the motherboard has one "MINI PCI-E" internal socket.
Probably, that socket would be used for an add-in PCI-E wireless networking adapter.
Certainly, a "standard" PCI-E graphics-adapter will not connect to this internal socket.
Sad to say, but if you want better graphics, you need a different motherboard.
