Can I replace a supposedly sealed or non removable primary laptop battery?

I cannot turn on or boot the computer until I do a hard or forced power reset. When I run HP support assistant battery check it says that my battery signals a failure and needs to be replaced (90% plugged in charging).

I cannot find a replacement battery for this laptop in HP replacement parts although it lists a p106 battery for this Envy Sleekbook 15 with AMD processor. I can find the battery at Amazon and Ebay, but in most cases they are pictured as in a battery compartment door which I do not have. They do list a large, flat, rectangular appearing battery for a number of models including the M6-K010DX. But, should I risk ordering one without knowing if I can actually replace the battery in this computer.

I would appreciate any info or suggestions that you can provide.
