Product: HP Notebook - 15-Bs003ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to replace my hard drive with an internal SSD. Is it possible to do it on my laptop? If yes what should be the interface of the SSD? 

Also do I really have to replace the HDD or I can run the SSD with the HDD?

Yes, you can replace existing HDD with 2.5" SATA SSD, Connectors of both drives are the same.
