Can I replace the normal (non-backlit) keyboard with a backlit keyboard in my HP Pavilion G6-2320TX?

My HP Pavilion G6 has a regular keyboard, I was wondering if I could upgrade to a backlit keyboard. If yes, a manual would be great! Thanks!

I don't believe so. A backlit kbd requires a  motherboard with a plug in for it. Your Service Manual does not mention a backlit as an option.
