Hello, I have a Pavillion G7-2269wm. I was going to see if i could upgrade the WIFI card. Has anyone replaced/upgraded the Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 WIFI card? Maybe with an Intel AC726?
Thank you.

Hi:
Since your notebook has an AMD processor, an Intel card won't work.
While I can't guarantee it will work, perhaps you can try the equivalent Broadcom AC card.
It has the same throughput specs as the Intel one.
Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part # 724935-001.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
You should be able to find them for sale on eBay.
