Product: Pavilion 24-r055se
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Crucial.com says I can upgrade to 32 GB.

The documentation with the computer says 16 GB.

Does anyone know if the system can actually support 32 GB?

Its specs

which says it supports 16GB max. But from Crucial, it says you can upgrade to 32GB using its RAM (guaranteed compatible):

RAM rill run at 2400MHz
