I was looking to upgrade the GPU of my current HP laptop (HP-14-ec0037AU), to preferably maybe a rtx? Is it possible to upgrade it?

That is a no.

 

The GPU is not a device that can be upgraded.

 

The GPU is on-die graphics solution that is part of the AMD Ryzen™ 5 5500U  processor.
