hp notebook 15 db0004dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sorry, I'm a youtuber, and I make all my youtube videos on this hp notebook 15 db0004dx. I was told by a Best Buy salesman that this was stop of the line, on sale, and that I could edit video, pick stop options and do a full CAD programming on this.

Clearly, none of this was true. I see now. So the question is, and I research stuff all day, so I believe I saw somewhere it said, that I COULD:

1. upgrade this with a laptop graphics card (never owned a laptop before)

2. upgrading with a laptop graphics card, would force the motherboard to ignore the lesser, on board graphics card, and first seek out the install graphics card.

So is 1 & 2 correct, and 3. where do I find such a card. I tried to look, again, and couldn't find it. ( please understand I research a thousand things every day for my work, I think I saw it before, but now can't find it again.)

No, you can't a video card on your machine therefore Q2 is out of question. Actually, we can't upgrade video card for nearly all consumers laptop/notebook machines. Some high end mobile workstation class machines allow you to do that.
