Can I use this and a 45 w charging brick like I use for my cell phone and other electronics?

Is it an HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dh2051wm ? Its specs

Its USB-C port is nearly useless,

  • you can't use it to charge your machine
  • you can't use it to connect to an external monitor with/without adapter/hub/dock

This is not what I asked.  Yes my laptop does not have USB c capabilities I understand that.  Can I use a 45 w cell phone brick and a cable that had the round end on one end for the charging port and usb c on the other end to plug into the brick?  Look up what in am talking about before you respond.
