Can a wireless (or a hard-wired) mouse be used with our HP Envy m6? Thank you.  We have a wireless Logitech mouse, which worked with our previous HP Pavilion laptop.

Hi:

It should work just fine.

Plug the USB receiver in one of the notebook's USB ports and in a few seconds, drivers should install for the device and it should begin to work.

Thank you very much, Paul.

I took the USB Receiver out of the previous laptop (HP Pavilion) and plugged it into the HP Envy. Immediately, the Logitech mouse fired up, and is working great!

(And now, under Hardware and Sound / Devices and Printers, the mouse icon & info appears.)

Thanks again,
