Can i replace my 1tb hd with a 2 or 3 tb hd

Example: dv 7 with i7 processor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wanting to upgrade my 1tb harddrive to a 2 or 3tb harddrive will it support the upgrade

Yes but 2TB is ok, 3TB HDD's are too thick because your machine accept HDD's with 9.5mm thickness max and larger 2TB HDD's are thicker (12.5mm).
