Hi:

Yes, you can upgrade the memory, but I don't know by how much.

HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

According to chapter 1 of the manual, notebooks with the Pentium/Celeron processors have one memory slot, and the max memory is 1 x 8 GB.

But your notebook's processor is not listed in the manual.

I suggest that if you want to upgrade the memory, open up the notebook and see how many memory slots it has.

If it has two, you should be able to install 2 x 8 GB of memory in it.

Can i change motherboard for upgrade higher version procesors

HP Recommended

The list of supported motherboards can be found in chapter 3 of the service manual.

They will probably cost more than you paid for your notebook if you could even find one for sale.

Plus you would probably need a different heat sink.
