HP ENVY m6-w101dx x360 Convertible PC

I am attempting to replace a dying hard drive with an SSD. When I try to remove the front cover of the laptop I have taken out all the screws in the back (total of 10). According to the HP video there are two more screws in the middle underneath Mylar tabs. My laptop looks to have two of the same tab outlines but they are metal.  How to I get to the screws bolted into the middle of the motherboard if I can't access them? Is there a special way to go through some of the keyboard keys to get to them. Otherwise I am stuck and can't get in it. It is no longer under warranty but just want to replace the hard drive and reinstall Windows 10 that came with it. Any help is much appreciated.
