HP Envy 17t 7FS92AV_1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm looking to pick up a new HP envy 17 touchscreen with a 512gb  ssd with 32 gb Intel Optane. Nvidia Ge force ms250 4gb

Intel i7 8565U

I want to add another 1tb drive for extra internal storage.  Probably an HDD.  I'm getting conflicting information on whether this is possible.  Is there room for the additional drive for storage?  I plan to keep OS on the ssd drive the laptop comes with.

Answers most appreciated

HP Envy 17t 7FS92AV_1 is a CTO machine and information is not clear

I don't know why it has  512 GB Intel® SSD + 32 GB Intel® Optane™ memory. But from the following information, machine has

512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD + Intel Optane memory 32 GB

Updated:

Information from the following link says both 32GB Optane and 512GB are on a single NVMe SSD

     https://www.pcworld.com/article/3389742/intel-optane-memory-h10-ssd-review.html

Therefore you can add a 2.5" HDD or SSD to your machine.

Regards.

It looks like then there is room to add another 1tb drive.
