Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ac0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

  The only times I can move my mouse while typing is when I use a USB or Bluetooth mouse. I have looked at older threads about this issue, but they are all out of date and the instructions don't fit with what is on my computer.

When you are typing, the cursor will move with your keystroke and control it. Therefore you have to STOP typing to allow other to control the cursor.
