Hp spectre x360 stopped charging but indicated it was charging from orange light at power adapter connector and on screen the battery icon said charging but was losing battery power. I replaced the battery and power outlet adapter with no change. When looking at the motherboard, there is a plastic piece of paper that covers capacitor that has a burned hole in it. The capacitor is swollen. Others have posted about this issue and have been out of warranty. Please advise what I should do.
