Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Same problem as describe at both below.

But still not able to resolve with solution provided 

"An extended hard reset solve the problem (holding down the power button for about 15 seconds)".

 

However do observe that when press the power button 10 or 15 seconds the cap lock led going off and it light on again when release the button. As mention in other case, the function still fined, where I can turn on the function to have capital alphabet and off for small alphabet. Just the LED constantly on even shutdown. Remote the battery the LED going off but come back on after plug back the battery

 

Please help if anyone know the solution.
