I have fixed this previously, and now it is occurring again.
It seems to occur after uploading an update from Windows or HP.
Works fine for a day, maybe two, then the keyboard locks up and the caps lock light flashes.

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number and the operating system of the computer?
Did you try with alternate keyboard and check if it works?
