When I purchased this laptop, I also purchased the extended Warranty Care Package, which should extend the warranty by 3 years.  I never received an email from HP with information on installing the package to the laptop.  I have tried on 3 occasions since January (laptop factory warranty expired at the end of Dec 2024) to have the warranty information installed to the laptop with no success.  No, I've been told by the chat assistant to call technical support.  I am unable to get thru the virtual phone assistant to a live person to help wit this issue.  I just keep getting a message that they can't verify my account information and then I'm instructed to contact HP Support webpage where more money is requested in order to get support.  This is the WORST experience I've had in my long history with HP products.  Can anyone give me a number to a LIVE person please?
